From the new Central Commodity System (CCS) bulk seed tanks on top to the high-speed VacuMeter[TM] system at the back, this new split-row planter is built to do one thing: get your crops in the ground quickly.Start with the Central Commodity System. Two tanks per planter carry up to 100 bushels of bulk corn, soybean, cotton or milo seed for fewer stops and faster refilling. A maintenance-free air delivery system supplies each row-unit with clean, undamaged seed for more complete germination. When it''s time to refill, you''ll be running again in no time, thanks to the convenience of centrally located tanks and a sturdy steel filling platform.

The engine is designed with electronic-throttle control for smooth operation, and a 180-amp alternator handles new lighting and other electronic functions. Daily maintenance is user friendly and the engine compartment is located at eye-level.Operators will also appreciate the new, larger 120-gallon fuel tank. It stores enough fuel to keep the machine working in the field all day, and the fuel fill is at ground level for ease and convenience.The all-new air system maximizes the harvest and cleaning of cotton. Airflow has been increased 20 percent to insure plenty of capacity for handling the cotton. State-of the-art aerodynamics testing was conducted to design this extremely efficient system. In-cab fan controls allow for convenient adjustment and monitoring.
